Well the email was sent and I wasn't able to recall it but I have managed to avert any crisis so I am ok. Still a little shaken by the whole thing. Client confidentiality is huge and this could have been a major problem for me. Luckily everyone cooperated to ensure that it wasn't such a problem. Technology makes our world much smaller and I am suddenly reminded that I have to be extra double careful when using it in my practise.
On the fertility front there is nothing new to discuss. I am going steady, poking myself each day with Suprefact. I expect that I will start my period on Sunday or Monday and my day 0 appointment is Wednesday.
Then comes stims.
Let the fun begin.

I am so glad that everything is okay. I didn't even think about client confidentiality.. that is really big.
I hope this cycle is going well for you.
Glad things turned out ok!
Glad the email didn't cause any problems. Wishing you the best with this cycle...we will all be rooting for you!
I know how stressful that can be. I accidently sent an email to Surfer's ex-boss in which I didn't say so nice things about him. I though I was sending it to Surfer. I realized what I did once it was sent. I couldn't retrieve it either. I am glad it worked out okay for you. I hope this cycle goes well for you.
So glad that your email issues got straightened out!
I was just catching up, so sorry about your dr. on mat leave AGAIN.. how frustrating! Sure hope you get a dr. you like. At my clinic you just get whoever happens to be working that day. It's a little unerving but I am used to it now.
Good luck with #2. Hope your response is better this time
